Prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not collect or store your card details. Applicable sales tax is added where required based on your billing address. By purchasing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount shown at checkout.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the course. If you are not satisfied, contact us at charles@blackghostaudio.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund your payment. After 30 days, purchases are non-refundable.
We offer free sample-pack downloads. When you download a sample pack, we grant you a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the sounds and samples for both personal and commercial use in your own music productions.
You may not resell, redistribute, or otherwise share the sample packs themselves as sounds, samples, or sample libraries, whether on their own or repackaged. In short: use the sounds in your music freely, but do not resell or give away the packs as packs.
